OUR WEDDING DAY CO-ORDINATION SERVICE
Your wedding should be as unique as you are.
This package is designed for clients who have already contracted their suppliers and need assistance on the day of the ceremony rehearsal, and wedding day.

Pre-wedding meeting with your wedding planner to go over wedding procedures and to answer any questions you may have.

Confirmation of suppliers you are using, including contact numbers and addresses, and a timetable for the day.

Arrival in the morning of the wedding to oversee the delivery of suppliers - flowers, cakes, photographer arrival, wedding presents, DJ equipment.

Last minute arranging of all decorations, wedding favors’, place cards etc. according to your wishes.

Negotiate wedding rates and accommodation packages on your behalf

Confirm all details of booking with you and your chosen venue

Note: an assistant to your consultant on the wedding day may be required, especially if transport and extra decoration are needed.
OUR SPANISH BLESSING PACKAGE
The nature of the ceremony depends on what you and your partner wants. What if any religious or spiritual beliefs you have and how you might want these represented in the ceremony. It is a very personal choice and includes what is important to you. What our Minister does is design the event round your wishes and this is something you talk with him over time. In other words, he is very flexible.
This package is an all inclusive, combinig all our services, plus:

Supliers finding service. E.g. wedding transport, florists, entertainers, cake designer’s caterers, hairdressers and make up artists.
